Proformance Team Affiliate Program was created to put the power in the coaches, parents and players hands. We work alongside coaches, parents and players to deliver education ranging from tournament questions, practice planning, individual instruction and most of all a first class innovative facility for indoor training and practices. With our relationships with tournament directors we are able to save huge costs on tournament fees.  Our staff has experience in Major League Baseball,  Collegiate Baseball (D1, D2, D3, Juco) , High School Baseball and education dealing with sports agents and Major League scouts engaged in the Major League Draft. We deliver information for throwing programs, arm care, nutrition and strength training solutions for in season and off season training. We have partnered with Wilson/Evoshield for preferred pricing for all of our teams. This includes discounted uniforms, gloves, bats, and all other soft goods that are needed for each seasons demands. We have also partnered with Sticks Baseball when the time comes for our athletes who reach high school and dream of playing college baseball. Chase Brewster (Sticks Baseball) is a leader in getting athletes scholarships for their college dreams. All team affiliate coaches will have access to coaches clinics, Proformance preferred indoor practices, and any other education from our highly experienced coaches and trainers. 

 

PLAYER OBJECTIVE: Our GOAL through our Team Affiliate Program is to provide opportunities for our players to compete at the highest level, instilling discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and integrity.  We are passionate about improving the game of youth baseball in the great state of Arkansas. Proformance Baseball Academy teaches players to respect the game, establish incredible work habits, and most importantly provides positive accountability.
