Due to high-demand and respect for our student’s and instructor's time, Proformance maintains a minimum 24-hour notification of cancellation policy. If a lesson is not cancelled 24 hours in advance there will be a Lesson/Cage Cost cancellation fee. In the event that there is a cancellation that occurs with the 24-hour policy, the respective student will be allowed to re-schedule the cancelled lesson. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
