Henry Coppens serves as Chief Operating Officer at Proformance Sports Academy, where he also coaches pitching and strength & conditioning. A Little Rock native, he attended Catholic High School, earning All-State honors as a senior before continuing his baseball career at Henderson State University on scholarship.

At Henderson State, he was recognized as an All-GAC Second team and All-Region Second Team pitcher, compiling on impressive 92 2/3 innings pitched, 105 strikeouts, and 10 saves in his career. He earned his bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance - Strength and Conditioning along with a minor in Psychology, driven by his desire to help athletes grow both physically and mentally in their sports journey.

Since Proformance opened in 2014, he has trained, coaches, and grown within its walls - finding not just a facility, but a community. Today, he blends his experience on the mound with his leadership skills to manage operations and help athletes reach their full potential through individualized training and a team-first mindset.
