Jack Haley

Jack Haley a left-handed pitcher and Proformance-trained athlete whose baseball journey reflects the very mission of the facility I now call home as a coach. I grew up playing at Sylvan Hills High School and spent countless hours at Proformance refining my mechanics, mentality, and command on the mound — work that ultimately helped me earn a shot at the NCAA Division I level.

 

After three years at UCA, I transferred to Henderson State University, where I helped lead our squad to a GAC Championship appearance and a run in the NCAA Regional Tournament. That journey shaped who I am as a player—and now as a coach.

 

Known for my lefty control, calm presence, and deep understanding of pitcher development, I’m excited to be back at Proformance—this time pouring into the next generation of athletes the same way this place poured into me.
