This June, Proformance Sports Academy invites young athletes to the most complete baseball training experience in Central Arkansas, our 5-Tool Summer Camp. Designed to develop every facet of a player’s game, this camp blends elite instruction from our top Instructors!
✅ Arm Farm – Pitching mechanics, arm care, velocity development, Pitching IQ (grips, sequencing, mound presence & approach)
âś… Gold Glove:
Infield and outfield defensive work, footwork, glove presentation, angles & positioning
âś… Blocking in the Rock:
Catcher-specific training: receiving, blocking, throwing, leadership
âś… Silver Slugger Hitting: mechanics, swing path, approach, and situational awareness
âś… Base Running:
Explosiveness, first-step quickness, game reads, and agility
âś… Game IQ Development: Situational awareness, baseball terminology, approach by position, and understanding how to think the game.
We don’t just run drills, we teach players the why behind each movement, helping them become confident, complete, and coachable.
Campers will be trained by Proformance Instructors and Proformance Collegiate Athletes, a team built to develop not only tools, but also the mindset to match.

Ages: 7–8, 9–10, 11–12
Dates: June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
Schedule:
• On Field Training (JD Fields)
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Focus: Defensive Development & Baserunning Fundamentals
• Lunch Break/Cool Down:
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(Lunch not provide, please send with your athlete)
• Indoor Training (Proformance)
12:00 PM – 2:00PM
Focus: Swing Development, Pitching Mechanics, and Game IQ.
Waters and Gatorade will be provided throughout the day to keep athletes hydrated and fueled.
This full-day format gives campers extended time to lock in reps, compete, and apply lessons through structured drills and live-action games, all while building camaraderie and next-level awareness.
