Jonah Hargroves: Hitting,  Defense
Trey Harris: Strength & Speed, Hitting and Defense
Trainer Led Strength/Speed Workouts: 
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
Tuesday: Live At Bats
Thursday: Defensive Work/Batting Practice
Open Gym 
Monday-Friday: 5:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday: 5:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday: 5:00am - 5:00pm
 
 Program Includes:
*Throwing Programs
 
*Arm Care Programs
 
*Strength/Mobility/Recovery Programs
 
*Nutritional/Hydration Guide
 
*All Players will Have full facility memberships to both Proformance Sports Academy and our newly renovated Proformance Strength Training Gym.
 
*Players will have availabilty to any of our instructors/trainers for 1-on-1 Sessions @ Member Rate. Players will have to schedule with instructors/trainers and all individual Sessions will be A-la-Carte based on Instructors/Trainers Fees and availabilty.
